On as Corporate Partner of The World Conference on Customer Service
Management 2002 and HDI 2002 Annual Conference & Expo

- Optimé is pleased to announce that the company has signed
on as a Corporate Partner at the upcoming co-sited, CSM 2002, the
world conference on customer service management, and Help Desk
Institute's Annual Conference and Expo (HDI 2002) for help desk
and technical support professionals. These events are being held
at the new Gaylord Palms Hotel resort in Orlando, Florida, April
14-17, 2002.


Optimé has
committed to taking a leadership position at these events because no other conference
equips corporations to deliver the kind of intelligent, top-flight customer
service and technical support that drives customer service excellence. We plan
to utilize these prestigious events as a platform to promote Soft-tech, our
specialized interpersonal skills development program for help desk/call centre
