Module Description
Managers face many challenges supervising, training, supporting and evaluating
direct reports. Continuous learning requires that managers know how to motivate
and support the learning process through supportive, transforming relationships.
The course outlines the learning process, learning support strategies and
the basics of a developing coach-coachee relationship. Relating and communicating
through diversity - across gender, ethnicity and abilities - is critical
to the coaching process.
