Listening Skills
Module Description
Receiving the verbal and nonverbal cues of others is a central relationship
builder. This course moves participants to a state of advanced listening
with a paradigm shift in how we react to information that we receive or "listen
to". Participants will realize increased awareness and understanding of
what limits the ability to listen, communication blocks to look for and
specific steps on how to move to active listening.
