Optimizing Team Performance
Premise:
The acceleration of change and increase in issue complexity requires the
experience, expertise and focus of a team. Creating, coaching and driving
a team to exceptional performance is a complex but rewarding task.
Purpose:
Learn to create, inspire, and lead high performance teams toward positive
outcomes.
