Deborah has 15 years of experience driving employee performance as a learning and development leader and professional coach. Her passion is working with clients to maximize learning retention through challenging live classroom learning experiences combined with micro-learning techniques. 

As both a seasoned facilitator and instructional designer, Deborah has worked with sales and customer service teams at many telecommunications and technology companies in Canada. She is also a former business development executive of software and educational services. 

Deborah is a Certified Training and Development Professional with the Institute for Performance and Learning, a graduate of the Adler Graduate Professional School of Coaching (ACSTH), and she has a MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
