Jim is Senior Consultant with Optimé, and provides classroom facilitation, 1:1 and group coaching as well as consulting to Optimé clients. Jim is a seasoned professional with over 25 years applied experience as a senior facilitator, consultant and coach to senior executives, management teams and business development professionals. He regularly provides ongoing one-on-one coaching with senior executives of major corporations and partners at professional service firms. This coaching addresses both business issues – including leadership, strategy, selling, issues of revenue increases and cost containment – and personal and career development issues. Clients have included Deutsche Bank, IBM, Deloitte, Mourant Fund Services, Accenture and select law firms.
Jim also has extensive experience in designing and facilitating workshops that teach senior sales executives and account managers the mindset and skills to grow the business and win with their clients. He also directly supports senior executives in the creation of specific business strategies, including the development and execution of the process to identify and evaluate opportunities and competitive threats, and to create time-bound realistic implementation plans.
Jim has also designed and delivered workshops and coaching programs that helped financial services advisors and business development professionals build sustainable, growing businesses. This included practice management, business planning, marketing, relationship management, and resource management. Clients included Manulife, Lincoln Financial, Guardian Insurance, Highland Capital Brokerage and Sun Life.
