Lynne is Senior Consultant with Optimé, and provides classroom facilitation, 1:1 and group coaching as well as consulting to Optimé clients. Enriched with extensive experience and empowered with highly effective executive coaching training, Lynn specializes in helping Optimé’s top executive client achieve their goals (President, CEO, VP and DP) through business coaching.
Well established in the business sector for nearly 30 years, Lynn earned her early experience in various marketing and sales departments, and went on to lead multiple teams within the global organization, Procter & Gamble for over a decade. With this successful portfolio, Lynn continued her corporate journey and spent the next 15 years as Vice President of Sales, at Lise Watier Cosmétiques. Recognized for her ability to develop meaningful relationships and dedicated, engaged teams, Lynn has found success in surpassing her goals throughout her career. Working with a leadership style that includes a positive touch of ambition, inspiration and authenticity, allows Lynn to promote and stimulate a culture of daily interpersonal respect and individual development towards achieving remarkable results.
A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management from Laval University in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, Lynn is also a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC along with an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
