A learning culture is one which encourages and enables employees to seek, share and apply new knowledge and skills to continuously improve their performance.
Throughout my 30+ year career, I have watched companies attempt to evolve their culture countless times. But the fact is that is it is very closely linked to organization’s core values and embeds itself across the organization’s DNA.
In a learning culture, work environments are inventive and open-minded places where people spark new ideas and explore alternatives.
Employees are united by curiosity and leaders emphasize on innovation, and reward employees for their risk appetite.
