Instructor led training

The classroom learning environment equipped with role plays, case studies, group discussions, and other interactive activities enables participants to easily transfer new skills from the classroom to the real world. We offer both in-person and virtual learning options.


In a virtual format, training is delivered by a live Optimé facilitator, enabling participants to experience the same level of interaction they would in a physical classroom, utilizing latest technology.

Virtual Workspace

Get asynchronous learning with your own virtual workspace that lets you access the learning resources, interact with your peers, share perspectives, and track performance during your training journey. We share relevant learning concepts at appropriate times that distributes the assimilation of knowledge over time.

Microlearning Reinforcement

For driving a behavior change takes consistent learning reinforcement. With Microlearning, you can learn on your mobile in the daily flow of work. Answer scenario questions, receive feedback, and compare your performance with peers.

Also, with interactive performance dashboard and an onboard communication tool designed to facilitate real-time intervention and coaching, it increases the manager’s insight and ability to act.

Deliberate Practice

A unique opportunity to practice your coaching skills and receive feedback in a roleplay scenario, from the convenience of your home/ office. Work one-on-one with a professional performance coach who will simulate realistic coaching interactions with you and give feedback on your strengths and opportunities for improvement, with a particular focus on how it felt to be coached by you. Receive objective assessment of your coaching abilities through a data scorecard.

GameDay™ Simulation

This is where it all comes together. GameDay™ is a customized business simulation that uses competition as a catalyst to engage your sales team, immediately assess their skills, and build readiness to achieve their objectives. Participants are immersed in a real-life, challenging selling and customer call environment based on your business reality.
